The weather information displayed on the watchface may be different from weather information displayed by your phone or by other weather app from your watch due to the fact that the weather information might be fetched from different providers. Our weather information provider is OpenWeatherMap.

If no weather information is displayed on the watchface, please make sure:
- your phone has Location and Bluetooth enabled
- you're watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth
- your phone has Internet connection (via Wifi or Mobile data)
- the watchface has Location permission (on your watch, go to Settings - Apps - Permissions - Santa Christmas Snowing Premium with Weather and make sure the Location permission is enabled.
